Ordering From
Memory-Foam-Master :
Browse through our online
shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be
asked to provide details so that we can process the order.
Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders
and deliver, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be
dispatched day of order if placed before 12 noon, please allow up to 48 hours
for delivery within the UK. Please make inquiries if not received within 48
hours. Delivery is

to mainland England; Wales and most regions of Scotland. If you live in an
extreme area of the U.K. please email or call

Payment:
Our preferred method of payment
is via PayPal which is a secure online payment method
which allows you to pay by Debit and Credit
Card. We also accept payment by Cheques, or postal orders.( We will
only deliver goods when cheques have cleared our bank. ) Buyers from outside
the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER
CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s
Packaging:
At
Memory-Foam-Master,
we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We
use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure
that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of
your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to
our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out
within one working day( if in stock),

All deliveries are
free! to England and Wales mainland and most regions of Scotland, for
all other destinations please email for a quote prior to purchase.
Overseas & non-mainland
UK:
For overseas and non-mainland
UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging
and handling. Please email us at:

If the purchaser requires enhanced insurance or an expedited
service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.
Memory Foam Master
reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a
similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.
Returns:
If you are not happy with your
purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided
the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging(
Vacuum packed products must be returned in their
original vacuumed state). The return delivery cost including insurance,
is at the expense of the customer. Please email us at
admin@memory-foam-master.co.uk if you wish to return goods stating your reasons for return. We will inform you
of the return address. We do not refund postage costs unless an item was
delivered damaged due to the carriers negligence.
VERY IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ!
Items that have been supplied
FREE
on special promotions
will need to be returned in an unused condition and in it's original packaging ,
if the purchased goods relating to that promotion are being returned. If these
FREE
promotional items
are not returned, or are not in an unused condition then the retail price for
these items will be deducted from any refund.
Guarantee:
Our Mattresses have a 15 year limited guarantee under the following terms:
Your
mattress will be replaced at your option without charge to you, should
it be defective because of faulty workmanship during the first two (2)
years of the limited guarantee( other than specific limitations
contained herein).
It
is understood that this does not include a normal increase in softness
in the Vasco material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature, both
of which do not affect the pressure relieving properties.
It
does, however, cover any deterioration of the Vasco material which
causes the Vasco material to have an indentation of greater than two
(2) cm which is not associated with a sag in the foundation, box spring
or platform. If such a defect appears during the remaining thirteen
(13) years of the limited Guarantee, the mattress will be replaced
charging the purchaser a prorated charge. The prorated charge will be
based on the original purchase price-being the price the purchaser paid
at the time he/she purchased the the mattress divided by fifteen (15)
(being the years of the the total Guarantee), multiplied by the number
of years the purchaser has owned the mattress before the expiry of the
Guarantee.
The cover is guaranteed for two (2) years for faults in material or workmanship.
Two
(2) years after the date of purchase of the mattress all the
transportation costs shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All
guarantees contained herein shall not apply if the mattress or cover
has been physically damaged including burns, cuts or is abnormally
soiled or is unsanitary.
This
guarantee is valid only to the original purchaser of the mattress. To
make a claim the purchaser must have registered the guarantee with
memory-foam-master, and must provide proof of purchase by supplying an
invoice or receipt at the time of the claim.
